The GREEN line represents the GROWTH
An investor who Never Ever Sold what was invested (other than a very little rebalancing of the portfolio)
Pls notice the GAP between the blue line & the green line as TIME progresses

The gap in between those 2 lines is only going to widen as time progresses, to an extent that the blue line will be seen as a flat line one day.
