Variables ‘Adjusted’ Outputs

This is what I strive to do with my money & my life

These 6 ‘adjusted’ principles are probably the core on which we can probably build our money & life pyramid

I did write about each of these principles in the past but, just to recap –

Risk adjusted Returns – everyone strives towards this, but a higher risk need not deliver a higher return

Stress adjusted Income – the blissful state is the ‘less stress & more income’, but how many can fall into this grid?

Time adjusted Compounding – time heals life and, time compounds money

Value adjusted Spending – where there is an ability to pay and a need to buy, no questions asked. But, what is a need? Introspect

Consistency adjusted Cash-In-Flows – the more consistent are the incoming cash inflows / income, the better and stable is our money life

Asset adjusted Allocation – the simple formula or no formula of how much money is invested into what kind of an asset. There is never a generic answer but, honestly look inwards and the direction is clear.
